  1. To me, transformation comes with humble behavior, down to earth approach to facilitate self and others at all levels, commitment to enable self and others without any interest, spirit of exploration, critical self/others reflections, challenging ones own taken for granted world views, aim of helping self and others in order to liberate from ignorance and building a lifelong learning attitude to name but a few of the basic ingredients of transformative education for sustainable future.

  2. Sir I am Tariq Ali M.ed Ist.This course "critical thinking" is a wider context and exposes with a diverse range of topics within the domains of critical thinking. In which I know about the critical thinking skills, wisdom, academic works as well as in our daily lives both personal and social.I will able to critique the information to access from teachers/books and other resources.I got some new knowledge, innovative, critical, reflective and analytical skills from this course.
The subject critical thinking is informative and insightful for me because this is an attempt to create new knowledge for me as well as a professional development activity. It is embedded within critical reflective practice on me, socio-cultural, and socio-pedagogical others. It is also a windows for multi-epistemic engagement for personal professional development and critically self-reflective practitioners in the field of teacher education and research.
Some main points during the whole course I understand are as follow.
    1. Discriminate between different types of thinking
    2. Understand the relationship between critical thinking and learning
    3. How to apply critical thinking in different content areas
    4. Understand how to promote critical thinking
    5. Forming and analyzing higher order questions
    6. Apply different thinking tools to solve the problems in our daily life and
    7. Evaluate existing knowledge and creative new ways of knowing.

    Submit to:Dr.Sudorudin Qutoshi
    Introduction
Research methodology is the part of research report it denote shortly that how would the researcher to achieve the content of appropriate research ,collecting data ,using sampling system and able finally conclusion ? It also determine which statistical formulas used by researcher for data analysing and synthesizing during research.?
I studied about the reasearch article which had been written on the role of guidance and counselling in effective teaching and learning in schools by the author name Egenti Nkechi Thereasa university of Nigeria.
In this research paper she used (the review research techniques )because she mentiond that it is an opinion paper .
Within the review research technique the researcher know already about the concerning research but he try to read and study the authorized chirographs and previous researches of the famous scholars and summarize them latterly .
In this method the researcher help to collect content of research from the different publications ,reports ,periodicals ,books , journals ,and news paper because they have already remember about research. So therefore the author used the review research technique in this paper .For example by this mathod she collected a lot of the content of research by famous scholar perspectives such as stoke, 1986 .Akinade (2012).Gysbers & Henderson (,1994).
