  2. im samar zahra sir i had listen your lecture on stress management, after listening to the lecture i understand what is stress?what is stress management? and causes of stress.Basically stress is a feeling that distrubs a person with a mismatch betweem personal capacity and demands.Highest level of stress creates distrubance at psychological level and also effects the mental level of person thatswhy it is important to manage the stress.
Stress management is technique use to resolve problems related to stress.
I also came to know that all kinds of stress are not harmfull because every stress is not bad, moderate level of stress actually improve the performance.
It is a force that pushes us to complete our task at time and also very little level of stress creates boredom situation which is not good for perfoming task effectivelly. There are many causes that creates stress in persons life some of them are discussed by sir that are
    *Enviromental factors and society
    *Organizational factors and work related
    *Personal and family
    *Health related and psychological.
These all factors causes stress in persons life thatswhy people focuse on stress management to resolve their problems using stress management techniques that help them to come out from distrubed situations that would be harmfull for their health.
